Technology Needs a Culture Change Upgrade
We are fortunate to be joined by Stas Zvinyatskovsky (otherwise known simply as Stas, like Prince or Madonna) to take us on a journey from the late 19th century to the future of software engineering. And what he helps us uncover is how you have to strive for getting bits to customers faster in a world where organizations don't want to change as fast as they want their ideas to show up in production. And there might be discussions about jello shots. It all gets a little hazy towards the end.

Quiet on Set!!! We Have Management Debt
We have a special guest inside the Apollo 13 Studio to talk to us about this little thing we like to call Management Debt. Hey, we all know technical debt, and we knot that accruing interest in doing things the wrong way has massive implications down the road. So we put that concept to the test when looking at Management and see if empathy and servant leadership are the ways to whittle down the problems of years of management training and thinking.

Namaste Ya Nerds: The Dojo Difference
Good ideas come along only so often. Truly transformational ones come along so infrequently, we wonder if the good ideas are great ones. Dojo is the future, the now, and where we believe true transformation can happen. No smart quips, no catchy tag lines. This is the real deal, and we have one of the few people that has every launched one at a Fortune 50 company. So pull out your yoga mat, breath deep, and take in the lessons that only Dojo can teach.

A marathon discussion on the repercussions of DevOps, Product Management and Lutefisk. Take the risk, take a chance, take a sync up of great thoughts through 2018 and see who gives a real crap about what we are trying to say, with a goal to re-imagine where the Agile world will take a stand and put a stake in the ground.

Check Yo Self Before You Wreck Yo Self: A Retrospective on Perspective – Part 1
Brandon, Jessica and Greg sit down for Part 1 of our yearly retrospective. We know we talked about a lot of good things, but after a year of podcasts, we figured it would be good to look through what worked, what didn't (hello sound quality early on), and what we had fun with (Nerd Alerts and Greg's Rants abound)! This episode is a weeeeee bit long given we pulled clips from past shows and see whether we hit our initial goal of looking at things differently. We also work to offer up encouragement and positive outlooks on where the world of Agile is now and can be in the future. It's a trip, and we hope you enjoy taking it with us!

Scaling Failing: My Problems are Your Problems
Grab a cocktail and listen as Greg, Jessica and Brandon have a Halloween edition of Agile After Dark. Jessica tries to take us seriously in our sailing hats while we dig into how work in the Agile world scales, and if we are adding "levels" rather than addressing the true constraints that require the need to scale. We examine whether, like a good cocktail, all the right ingredients can be mixed to perfection when getting leadership, product management and team delivery to work in sync.

Let’s Get Digital: Let Me Hear Your Agile Talk
Jessica Guistolise, AKA Captain Connie, the Digital Agiler, comes on to talk with us about what Digital actually constitutes in the current software delivery context. Greg rants about how Digital should only be Agile, and we get into the good stuff: examining how to eliminate the UX, Design and other gateways that have consistently plagued Digital projects. We examine how it is more effective to concentrate on a product management approach and how we can get user feedback and research without putting users in a biased position. All this while we try to survive Apollo 13 studio that's put together with duck tape and gum!
