BELIEVE: The Ted Lasso Way

“Be a goldfish… Be curious, not judgmental… I want you to know, I value each of your opinions, even when you’re wrong…” – are these words from an Agile coach or from an impactful show about an American football coach applying his craft in the Premier League? On the eve on the third (and final?) season of Ted Lasso, we figured we’d publish an episode we did over the holidays that examines the makeup of a great team like the one Ted and his crew are able to put together onscreen, and Jason Sudeikis put together off-screen. With the team, coaching and change we observed, hard to disagree that football IS life.
